Our A/V engineering team is committed to the design, development, deployment, and support of A/V technologies in our conferencing, training, and meeting rooms. Day to day
  • Install AV systems according to documentation and industry standards
  • Support, install, and configure RF and IPTV solutions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Basic Networking skills for patching and VLAN configuration
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Promote effective use of AV equipment
  • Develop and maintain AV related documentation
  • Inspect and maintain AV infrastructure
  • Attend and participate in stakeholder and project meetings
  • Support and manage AV vendor relationships
  • Support and assist with AV events during normal and after hours events

What we're looking for
  • Logitech Sync and/or Cisco WebEx Control Hub experience (AD, Teams integration)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Room (MTR)
  • Digital Signage experience - Appspace, Spectrio, Brightsign
  • Multicast, IPTV, RF TV experience - Zeevee
  • Understanding of audio speakers, mic, and sound board technologies
  • Video conference technologies and room systems (Logitech, Cisco, Zoom, Teams)
  • Working knowledge of Windows 11
  • Ability to effectively train others in one-to-one and one-to-many formats
  • High energy and tinkering spirit
  • Must be able to lift/move equipment up to 50+ pounds
  • Must be able to work shifts within a 7 AM to 6 PM window.
  • Associate in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a similar major preferred (Industry certifications acceptable substitutes: CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, Cisco CLTECH, or other AV certifications)
  • 3-7 years of professional experience
  • Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.
