Job Description:

  • The Product Manager will support the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve agreed upon outcomes aligned with broader organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to gather requirements and inform product priorities.
  • Manage and maintain the product roadmap, including documentation, communication, and updates.
  • Provide direction and prioritization support to engineering teams to enable effective agile delivery.
  • Coordinate end to end delivery of roadmap initiatives, including identification and communication of risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure product strategy and deliverables align with enterprise and organizational objectives.
  • Apply industry and market knowledge to support customer interactions and roadmap decisions.
  • Support customer engagement efforts and ongoing product adoption.
  • Communicate product outcomes and customer successes to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management.
  • Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed customer discussions.
  • Experience measuring and reporting on product performance using data and metrics.
  • Experience working within modern software engineering environments and across the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and non technical teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience delivering products, solutions, or services in an agile development environment.
  • College Degree preferrable but not required
