Job description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced and self-directed Senior Program Manager to lead our Global Golf hospitality programs in partnership with the PGA TOUR and DP World Tour.
AWS maintains a broad portfolio of Marketing Partnerships that include premium hospitality benefits. These benefits are leveraged to facilitate executive-level engagements between CxO customers and AWS senior leaders at marquee sporting events - with the objective of deepening strategic relationships and accelerating pipeline opportunities.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of hospitality events. You will design and deliver unique 1-, 2-, and 4-day experiences that facilitate relationship-building, peer-to-peer networking, and demonstrate how AWS partners are leveraging our services to innovate and transform their businesses.
This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical excellence.
Key job responsibilities
• Define and execute the long-term hospitality program strategy aligned to business objectives and pipeline goals
• Plan and deliver premium customer events including accommodations, transportation, gifting, behind-the-scenes access, and curated surprise-and-delight experiences
• Manage simultaneous events with competing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder requirements
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership to align event programming with account-level priorities
• Host and engage C-Suite customers and AWS senior leaders on-site at events throughout North America
• Establish and track program metrics; leverage data to continuously optimize event outcomes
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and digital asset production using enterprise marketing tools
About the team
The Global Executive Marketing (GEM) Hospitality team is responsible for managing AWS's portfolio of hospitality benefits through marketing partnerships with leading sports and entertainment brands. Our mission is to demonstrate the power of technology and the art of the possible through approachable use cases that are changing the way fans experience sports and entertainment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- MBA
- 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in the golf, sports, and entertainment industry

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
