Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Manager to own Program & Process Management for the Integrated Marketing Planning team. This role is responsible for driving the implementation of marketing processes across grocery banners, supporting seasonal and new format strategy development, and ensuring the team operates with efficiency and rigor through best-in-class program management.
This role is instrumental in enabling the Integrated Marketing Planning team to execute at scale, providing the operational backbone that supports strategic planning for Amazon Fresh, SSD-G, Kobe, and Whole Foods Market. The Marketing Manager will manage planning documentation, cross-functional coordination, meeting cadences, and strategic projects that drive planning excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate is equal parts process builder, program manager, and collaborative partner - comfortable managing complex timelines and stakeholder inputs while also contributing to strategy development. They bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building mechanisms that make teams more effective.
This role requires strong cross-functional coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams across Amazon and Whole Foods Market - including integrated marketing planning leads, brand, merchandising, finance, and operations - to ensure seamless process execution and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the implementation of new marketing processes across grocery banners, creating and maintaining SOPs, templates, timelines, and best practices documentation for the quarterly planning process.
Manage planning communication cadences including status updates, stakeholder reminders, input collection, and consolidated reporting to keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout the quarterly cycle.
Aggregate planning inputs from multiple teams into consolidated views, build and monitor key planning metrics (milestone adherence, input quality), and facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate scheduling across time zones for planning reviews and leadership meetings, managing EA requests, WBS updates, and input deadlines to ensure all stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
Build and maintain a centralized knowledge hub with best practices, FAQs, and lessons learned, develop onboarding resources for new team members, and establish a community of practice across WW Grocery banners (Fresh, WFM, SSD-G).
Support senior team leads in the development of seasonal strategy and new format strategy, contributing to planning artifacts, milestone tracking, and alignment documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience creating brand marketing content
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
