  • Administer topical agents and local anesthetics per standing protocols and within RN scope
  • Recognize complications early (e.g., adverse skin reactions, thermal injury, allergic response), initiate interventions per emergency protocol, and escalate to the supervising provider as required

Patient Experience & Business Contribution

  • Deliver a concierge-level experience from check-in to follow-up, including clear education on procedures, aftercare, and realistic results timelines
  • Capture before-and-after photography per protocol and encourage appropriate rebooking
  • Ethically promote memberships, treatment packages, and skincare products aligned with patient goals
  • Support clinic KPIs retention, rebooking, membership adoption, and patient satisfaction
  • Accurately use practice platforms (EHR/PM, CRM, inventory systems)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: BSN from an accredited nursing program
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Indiana RN license in good standing
  • Experience: 13+ years clinical nursing experience; aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery experience strongly preferred. New-to-aesthetics RNs with strong foundational skills and genuine interest may be considered with completion of the Wise Aesthetics training program
  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of skin anatomy, aseptic technique, and complication recognition; willingness to train to competency on all device protocols used at Wise Aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications

  • 25+ years in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery
  • Hands-on experience with laser, light-based, or energy device treatments
  • Demonstrated track record of strong patient relationships, retention, and positive reviews
  • Comfortable presenting at patient events and contributing to before-and-after galleries

Competencies

  • Clinical Excellence & Judgment: Safety-first approach with an eye for natural, patient-appropriate results
  • Patient Communication: Clear, empathetic education on risks, benefits, aftercare, and maintenance
  • Teamwork: Collaborative, receptive to coaching, and contributes to a positive culture
  • Business Awareness: Understands how scheduling, rebooking, and memberships impact clinic performance
  • Documentation Rigor: Accurate, timely, and complete EHR entries and photo documentation
  • Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, polished; maintains confidentiality and protects the Wise Aesthetics brand

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $40.00 $60.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
  • Bonus: Performance-based monthly bonus potential
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match
