Job Summary:

The ERP Data Analyst supports and optimizes the JobBOSS -> Epicor ERP system migration, maintaining data integrity, developing reports, and providing actionable insights to operational teams while partnering closely with various departments to enhance system utilization.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as a subject matter expert for Epicor ERP data structures, system architecture, tables, and core business processes, ensuring alignment with operational workflows
โ€ข Maintain and proactively monitor data integrity across Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering modules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability
โ€ข Support and troubleshoot ERP transactions related to work orders, routings, bills of materials (BOMs), labor reporting, inventory movements, purchasing activities, and product costing
โ€ข Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
โ€ข Develop, maintain, and automate Epicor BAQs, dashboards, reports, and KPIs to improve visibility into operational and financial performance
โ€ข Provide accurate and timely operational, financial, and executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making
โ€ข Analyze production performance metrics including scrap, rework, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery performance
โ€ข Fulfill ad hoc data requests and conduct detailed analytical reviews to support business initiatives, audits, and leadership inquiries
โ€ข Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Quality teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into scalable ERP data solutions
โ€ข Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging trend analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
โ€ข Assist with ERP upgrades, system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and user acceptance activities to ensure seamless system performance and adoption
โ€ข Ensure ERP data structure and reporting practices support aerospace compliance requirements (AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, as applicable)
โ€ข Develop and maintain clear documentation for data standards, reporting logic, ERP workflows, and system procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
โ€ข Support internal and external audits by providing accurate, complete, and traceable ERP data and documentation as required
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
โ€ข 5+ years of Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) data analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
โ€ข Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory, labor tracking)
โ€ข Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling)
โ€ข Experience developing BAQs, dashboards, and reports within Epicor
โ€ข Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
โ€ข Must be a US person
Preferred:
โ€ข Aerospace or other regulated manufacturing experience
โ€ข Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools
โ€ข Experience supporting ERP implementations or major system upgrades
โ€ข Understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing KPIs
โ€ข Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, or government contract reporting
