Job description

Job Summary
- Operate high-volume 2D/3D print and copy machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues; escalate complex problems as needed
- Manage customer inquiries, job requests, and coordinate services
- Maintain records, manage inventory/supplies, and calculate service charges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of print/copy jobs
- Support additional office tasks, including meeting room setup, light maintenance, and reception duties
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a secure, organized workspace
- Stand for extended periods depending on production volume
- Use multifunction machines and wide-format printers
- Unload and store paper orders weekly
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication
- May require driving responsibilities (valid driver’s license needed if converted to permanent role)
- Adhere to company dress code and procedures
