We are seeking an Interior Designer I to join our Las Vegas team and contribute to hospitality and gaming projects while gaining exposure to a variety of project types and market sectors. This role is ideal for an emerging designer who is passionate about design, eager to grow their technical and creative skills, and excited to work within a collaborative, design-driven environment.

The Interior Designer I will support project teams through all phases of design and delivery, assisting with concept development, documentation, visualization, and technical coordination. Working alongside project leaders and multidisciplinary teams, this individual will contribute to creating thoughtful, engaging environments while building a strong foundation in project execution and design excellence.

What you will do:
  • Assist in the design and documentation of hospitality, gaming, and other project types through all phases, from concept through construction administration.
  • Support design development through sketching, space planning, 2D/3D modeling, visualization, and technical detailing.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations through compelling visual, verbal, and graphic communication.
  • Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate integrated project delivery and BIM documentation.
  • Participate in construction administration activities, including site observations, submittal reviews, and design verification.
  • Assist with FF&E coordination, finish selections, specifications, and material research.
  • Explore hospitality trends, project types, and regenerative design strategies to support project design solutions.
  • Support the application of interior materials, building codes, and permitting requirements within project work.
  • Maintain interior resource libraries and assist with communication and coordination with manufacturer representatives and vendors.
  • Contribute to thoughtful, high-quality project work while developing increasing responsibility and technical expertise.
What we look for:
  • 0–3 years of professional interior design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Portfolio demonstrating design, visualization, space planning, and technical documentation skills.
  • Experience with or exposure to project documentation and coordination processes.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with visualization and modeling tools such as Enscape, Lumion, and/or Rhino.
  • Understanding of interior materials, detailing, and building code fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Interest in or exposure to hospitality and gaming design preferred.
Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities.  Our talent management team can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
