Position Summary
The 3D artist and designer visualizes PROENERGY solutions in 2D and 3D drawings and renders while supporting the graphic design function. This position collaborates across lines of business, engineering, and marketing to transform engineering ideas and technical files into engaging and educational visuals. The artist develops 2D drawings along with 3D visualizations that inform customers in technical documentation, digital marketing, and other interactive applications.

Position Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Effectively visualize PROENERGY equipment, components, and parts with world-class drawings, renders, graphics, animations, and technical illustrations. The position is key to maintaining the PROENERGY brand across a wide range of marketing, sales, and technical documentation channels.
  • Program Management: Oversee the creation, approval, and archiving of 2D and 3D assets across technical manuals and training channels. The position requires technical 3D skills, a team mindset, and a talent for design, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify gaps in customer experience through feedback across business lines and functions. The position is proactive and empowered to make recommendations to tell the PROENERGY story through effective, world-class visuals.
  • Design Support: Assist the Creative Marketing Manager with layout and design support for digital and print channels. This position supports the broader marketing team with their artistic talent.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Graphic Design, or related field plus a minimum of 5 years' directly related experience.
  • Experience: Extensive experience and portfolio in graphics and design:
    • 2D and 3D drawings and renders, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment across technical documentation, digital, and other marketing applications.
    • Expertise in 3D model software such as 3ds Max; Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); and experience in working with and rendering from CAD engineering files.
    • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with multiple internal teams and across technical and support functions.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Candidate must also pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check and pre-employment drug screen.
