  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): This role has an OTE of $66,667 annually (composed of a $30,000 base salary + on target sales bonus).
  • Total Earning Potential: With our uncapped performance-based incentives and accelerators, total annual earning potential typically ranges from $66,667 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives.
  • To provide stability while you build your pipeline, new hires receive a $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold.
  • Travel Support: Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory.
  • Team Perks: Enjoy catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular team events.

High-performing representatives can have a clear path to promote into a Senior Outside Sales Representative role in as little as 6 months. You will also be eligible to apply for advanced roles such as Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive as you advance. The Role

This is an active, community-focused sales position. You will be the face of GFiber, engaging with residents to help them upgrade their home internet experience.

  • Territory Engagement: Meet residents at their homes to introduce them to GFiber's award winning internet services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Market Strategy: Utilize Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize your impact.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach market sales goals together.
  • Tools for Success: Company-provided laptop and mobile phone for work use during employment.
