SUMMARY
Photographs dealership inventory, verifies options listed on the stock in sheet are accurate, and updates the company website within 5 days to ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on Internet sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Verifies that options listed on the inventory stock in sheet match the options the vehicle is equipped with.
  • Takes photos of dealership inventory for use on the dealership website.
  • Upload photographs to the dealership website.
  • Custom names photographs.
  • Edits photographs, as necessary.
  • Updates vehicle options on the dealership website for inventory as needed.
  • Writes custom comments on the dealership website for the vehicle.
  • Manages online inventory on the dealership website.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
CERITIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stretch, kneel, stoop, reach, handle, twist, turn, talk and hear. The employee may occasionally sit, crawl, climb or balance.
