Automotive Internet Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and responds to all Internet leads (referral services and website)
  • Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services
  • Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead
  • Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to clients
  • Meets and greets prospects
  • Presents and demonstrates inventory
  • Receives on-line and manual Credit Applications
  • Remains current with products, market trends, and certifications
  • Understands and implements the dealership sales process
  • Maintains “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and monthly units

Automotive Internet Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year auto sales experience required for Internet Sales.
  • Prompt replies to funneled Internet Leads / Inbound Phone Leads within 5 minutes.
  • Follow-up with customers during their purchasing process.
  • Ability to follow lead through the typical purchase funnel out to 90 days
  • Reach out to previous and potential customers to make them aware of events/sales.
  • Strive to be the best by learning your product and the process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
