Outside Sales Representative - London Region
$42K salary + uncapped commission/mo + $11K in Bonus! - Annual Target up to $105K!

About the Role
Ready to be the face of a fast-growing fiber internet company that's transforming how communities connect? At Omni Fiber, our Outside Sales Representatives play a key role in bringing cutting-edge, reliable internet directly to customers' doorsteps.
In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve.
This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Eaton, Greenville, London, Wilmington, and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact.
No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
  • Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
  • Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
  • Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
  • Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards

What to Expect
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather)
  • A highly visible, community-based role where your effort directly drives results
  • Ongoing support, training, and development to help you grow your career

Qualifications:
  • Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
  • Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
