As more customers begin their vehicle shopping journey online, we are looking for an experienced Internet Sales Consultant to join our team and help convert online inquiries into successful vehicle sales.
Position Overview
The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for managing incoming online leads, communicating with potential customers, and setting qualified appointments that result in vehicle sales. This is a START to FINISH SALES JOB ! The ideal candidate has previous automotive internet sales experience and understands how to effectively convert digital inquiries into dealership visits and closed deals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads from the dealership website, third-party lead providers, and online advertising sources.
  • Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email to provide vehicle information, pricing, availability, and dealership promotions.
  • Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership.
  • Follow up consistently with leads to increase appointment show rates and sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the dealership CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to showroom experience.
  • Stay current on Hyundai models, inventory, financing options, and manufacturer incentives.
  • Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
