About the Role

Join Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, as an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative in a customer-facing door-to-door sales role. You will meet residents in local neighborhoods, recommend the best fiber internet, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity services. This entry-level sales job offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and career growth with no previous sales experience required.

Compensation

Salary: Earn up to $85,000-$150,000 (salary +uncapped commissions) and a $5,000 sign-on bonus*.

  • Prospect in assigned neighborhoods and engage residents in a door-to-door sales environment

Sign-On Bonus:

Sign-On Bonus: Candidates who start on or after September 9, 2026 will be eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

The $5,000 sign-on bonus is contingent upon your commitment to remain employed with Uniti for 12 months from your start date. If you leave the company before that 12-month period is complete, you are required to repay the bonus based on the following schedule:

  • If you leave within the first 6 months: You must repay $2,500 of which has been paid.
  • If you leave between 6 and 12 months: You must repay the remaining $2,500.

Payment Schedule

  • Anyone hired up to the 20th of the month will receive $2500 the same month they are hired
  • Anyone hired after the 20th of the month will receive $2500 the following month
  • Your final payment of $2500 would be paid out after 6 months of service
