Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking an organized and customer-focused Internet Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Internet Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, coordinating internet sales processes, and supporting the sales team to drive conversions through digital channels.

More about the role

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries, providing accurate information and answering questions about vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential online customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for potential buyers to visit the dealership for test drives and further discussions with sales consultants.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and encourage conversion, utilizing phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information about leads, ensuring seamless communication between the internet sales team and the in-person sales team.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing necessary documentation and information needed for successful sales transactions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to internet sales, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in online messaging and support digital marketing campaigns.
