Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and communication? Flood Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and professional BDC (Business Development Center) / Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries

  • Set appointments and follow up with potential customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Use CRM tools to track leads, update customer records, and manage follow-ups
