Responsibilities - Internet Manager:

  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects via phone, text, email, and in person with the ability to progress customers through a transaction.
  • Continued Training of all the Stellantis products
  • Work towards setting appointments, presenting products in a knowledgeable and professional way, and getting commitments from customers to close deals on shown appointments.
  • Manage own pipeline of customers creating appointments from opportunities.
  • Assists customers in selecting a vehicle.
  • Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
  • Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.
  • Attends sales meetings.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications/Requirements - Internet Manager:

  • Automotive Internet experience preferred but not required; sales experience in any industry will be considered
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Conviction towards providing the best possible customer experience while working towards the close of a deal
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
