Internet Sales Consultant

Gwinnett Place Nissan – Duluth, GA

We are expanding our Internet Sales Department and looking for driven, competitive professionals who know how to communicate, follow a proven process, and turn online opportunities into showroom appointments and sales.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and digital inquiries
  • Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up through phone, text, email, and personalized video
  • Build rapport and provide customers with a clear, convenient buying experience
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on qualified showroom appointments
  • Provide accurate pricing, product information, availability, and payment options
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, activities, and scheduled follow-up
  • Work closely with sales managers to maximize appointment, show, and closing rates
  • Consistently meet established activity and performance expectations
  • Follow up with unsold customers and maintain relationships throughout the buying process
What We’re Looking For
  • Six months to two years of automotive sales, internet sales, or BDC experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills by phone, text, email, and in person
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance targets
  • Self-motivated, competitive, dependable, and coachable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Experience with CRMs, CoVideo, AccuTrade/KBB ICO, is preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
  • Ability to provide three professional references upon request
