This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building relationships, and achieving sales goals. You will be the customers online first point of contact, ensuring 5-star service from start to finish!

Internet Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Answer online inquiries about new and used inventory
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles online
  • Explain features, pricing, and financing options
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Help Customers Navigate the Sales process, and effectively close deals
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions

Internet Sales Specialist Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of automotive sales experience (not required, preferred)
  • Strong people/negotiation skills
  • Strong phone/email/communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High-School Education
