We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individuals to join our dynamic E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate / Internet Fulfillment Specialist team. In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our online order processing and shipping operations, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of our store operations.

You'll manage the full order fulfillment process for our online customers, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper product locations to support efficient store operations.
You'll get hands-on experience with top brands like Nike, HOKA, HydroJug, The North Face, K2, Therm-a-Rest, Vortex, Sage, and Sitka. Key Responsibilities
  • Use technology and inventory systems to locate products on the sales floor and in backstock areas.
  • Review, process, pick, and fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Pack and label products securely, arrange shipments, and track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate locations for products not displayed on the sales floor.
  • Address and resolve order-related issues, including returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of order transactions and inventory levels.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to a positive, cohesive team environment and support teamwork across departments.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet daily deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to use technology, inventory systems, and order management tools effectively.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages, and perform other physical tasks related to fulfillment.
