SUMMARY First Security Bank is seeking a professional, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join our team as an ATM Debit Internet Banking Pro. If you are passionate about serving our Arkansas communities and want to be part of a dynamic, service-driven team, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will support ATM and debit card operations, including reconciliations, disputes, card maintenance, and ATM balancing.

You will also assist the EBanking Department in managing all electronic banking products, including ATM services, debit and credit card programs, and online bill payment systems. This position requires on-site work. QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION | EXPERIENCE | SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.

The items listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities necessary for this position. High School Diploma or GED completion by the end of your graduating year is required . Associates and/or bachelor's degree related to business and/or finance is preferred .

1-2 years of customer service, relevant banking, and/or professional experience is preferred . Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude are required . Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and utilization of the internet is required .

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY: Regularly scheduled hours/week: 40 (+) hours per week | Monday Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm | *Extended working hours may be required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reconcile debit card and ATM activity, including balancing, transaction verification, and outage research.

Process card disputes and unauthorized transaction claims in compliance with Reg-E. Manage compromised card alerts, reissues, and account updates. Process, activate, and maintain debit card applications.

Maintain records and prepare required reports. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues. Stay informed on current industry trends, scams, fraud tactics, and security risks to support effective risk management and protection strategies.

Ensure full compliance with bank and departmental policies, audit standards, the Customer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Carry out daily tasks as required, ensuring that all assigned responsibilities, whether daily, monthly, or quarterly, are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Deliver exceptional support by assisting customers and employees with inquiries and providing knowledgeable guidance on banking products and services.

Serve as backup for all departmental roles, providing coverage during staff absences. Protect all customer information and bank operations through strict confidentiality. Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner and copier, and develop proficiency with internal banking systems.

Maintain reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with occasional extended hours when necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

The employee must have the ability to speak and hear well enough to carry on customer interactions, conversations, and presentations both in person and over telecommunications.

Have near/far visual acuity to identify customers, currency, and reading materials in printed or electronic formats. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 10 pounds.
