Facilitation & Concierge Account Specialist - Reno, Nevada

Fortis

Reno, NV • On-site

$15.25 - $19.75/hr

Full-time

Posted 29 days ago

Job description

Vision - Inspired by God's masterful care and working for His glory, Fortis is creating a legendary level of service for secure private travel.
Values - We value welcoming challenges, caring like a 5-star concierge, bringing truth, beauty, and goodness into our corner of God's world, setting the thermostat to joy, and believing...we are just getting started.
Fortis is a rapidly growing concierge travel and security firm serving ultra-high-net-worth clients worldwide. Headquartered in Greenville, SC, with offices in Reno, Nevada, Hong Kong and India. Our workplace culture fuels our client culture. Legendary service begins inside the building and extends to every interaction with our principals and partners.
The Facilitation & Concierge Account Specialist (FCAS) is a force multiplier for the Facilitation Team-and a key steward of the Fortis experience. You translate discerning preferences into seamless outcomes, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and turn "special requests" into moments that feel effortless and personal. On any given day, you might be proactively guiding a membership account, curating world-class recommendations with impeccable taste, orchestrating handoffs across a complex international itinerary, or refining the playbooks and standards that keep our concierge brand consistent, elevated, and always one step ahead.
You'll work closely with all departments / teams in the company to support high-stakes trips and missions across the US, while also owning the infrastructure-that keeps facilitation and concierge execution running ahead of demand.
This is an on-site role in Reno, Nevada with possible regional travel and a clear focus on US operations.
Individuals who thrive in this role:
  • Enjoy collaborative, fast-changing environments and can be interrupted without losing the thread.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational instincts.
  • Bring a builder mindset-designing workflows, templates, and concierge systems that help others execute faster and smarter.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly, both in writing and verbally, with a strong service orientation.
  • Have excellent judgment and discretion with UHNW principals, preferences, and sensitive information.
  • Are comfortable working with data, tools, and technology (Asana, Airtable, CRM platforms, and related systems).
  • Have experience in concierge, luxury hospitality, client success, travel operations, or facilitation; exposure to security-adjacent or complex services is a plus.
