Position Summary:
The Project Manager, Visual Merchandising will oversee the visual merchandising workflows from strategy through execution. He/She will also drive the creative build and execution for all events across our brand portfolio. He/She will be the project management expert to spearhead efficient process and workflow with cross-functional partners as well as within the creative team. This individual will have the global 360° view of all work in the department, identify end-to-end processes and efficiencies and enable resources to deliver on business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • ​Conduct an analysis of current workload for the team. Based on analysis, establish and apply new process(es) and associated timelines to ensure appropriate lead times to meet expected deliverables
  • ​Establish schedule and meeting cadence for seasonal resets and key initiatives with cross functional teams (sales, visual merchandising, marketing and creative) to drive execution, approval process and collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the interconnected pieces of reset including assortment and line review, planograms, visual merchandising, supply & operations.
  • ​Manage reset from inception through delivery including tracking progress against established timelines and escalating issues when necessary
  • Drive execution of any promotional programs (in-store, retailer, pop up, etc.) from inception while steering all reviews and approvals from creative concepting through final release
  • ​Improve processes to streamline workflows, improve clarity and communication and reduce complexity 
  • Manage large collaboration and other large-scale initiative globally
Requirements:
  • ​Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones (CA office connection and International Team)
  • Communicate effectively the creative objectives of projects and partner with internal departments such as brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, social media, art directors, designers and copywriters
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgements against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mind
  • ​Proven experience managing omnichannel activations 
  • Ability to anticipate team workload and establish schedules/ timelines/work flow to meet project deadlines
  • ​Complete understanding of creative process and production process to build time and action schedule from concept to project completion
  • Ability to work people in various disciplines: marketing, product development, sales 
  • Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • BA or BFA preferred
  • 5+ Years of Creative Operations and project management experience
  • ​Knowledge of computer programs including: Adobe Creative Suite, excel 
  • Strong strategy, process, and tactical skills:  Big-picture thinking with a willingness to be hands-on
  • Understand project goals and requirements, technical constraints, budget and schedule
The base salary range for this role is listed above. 
 
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
