Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, adjusted to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer the option of teletherapy, providing accessible mental health support to clients facing barriers to in-person services.
• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, showcasing professionalism in all aspects of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enrich clinical knowledge and remain current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a mental health counselor directly impacts a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential for effective client engagement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and tailor therapy to meet the cultural and personal needs of clients.
• Previous experience in community health settings is advantageous for understanding the dynamics of client care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000, based on your caseload and relevant experience.
