About the Role
A leading U.S.-based law firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle business and commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Develop and execute case strategies
• Manage cases independently and as part of a legal team
• Support trial preparation and client representation
• Work on disputes related to:
