Job description

Description:

Chevo is hiring an experienced Senior Management Analyst / Workstream Lead to join our ICE Student & Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) Fee Management Support (FMS) team. This role will help coordinate the Performance and Risk workstreams and translate data, risks, performance measures, and operational information into clear insights, client-ready deliverables, and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, project management discipline, stakeholder coordination experience, and the ability to develop polished reports, dashboards, presentations, and visual products for technical and non-technical audiences. This position is a hybrid work environment, with client location in Vienna VA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performance tracking and analysis: support performance metrics, workload analysis, staffing assumptions, operational reporting, trend analysis, and recommendations that help evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk management support: help identify, document, track, and communicate operational risks, risk indicators, drivers, mitigation strategies, issues, action items, and decisions; support fraud-risk and operational-risk analysis as needed.
  • Visualization and reporting: prepare clear PowerPoint briefings, dashboards, scorecards, process visuals, trackers, and decision-support graphics that make findings, risks, trends, and recommendations easy to understand.
  • Workstream coordination: manage task tracking, milestones, action-item follow-up, stakeholder inputs, working sessions, internal reviews, and deliverable planning for Performance and Risk workstreams.
  • Quality and client readiness: review deliverables for accuracy, clarity, formatting, consistency, and audience fit; help move work products from rough concepts to polished client-ready outputs.
  • Process improvement: identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, data collection, templates, dashboards, automation, and knowledge management practices; coordinate requirements with analysts, technical resources, and SMEs.


Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship, required for this federal engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting, program management, performance management, risk management, business operations, financial management, program evaluation, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting or leading workstreams, managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, or driving cross-functional deliverables.
  • Current PMP certification, or PMP-eligible with ability to obtain PMP within 30 days of start.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create professional, clear, and visually polished presentations.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills, with ability to turn complex or ambiguous information into findings, recommendations, and audience-tailored content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-organized, client-ready deliverables.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with periodic client-site support in Vienna, VA.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience and active PMP certification.
  • 2+ years coordinating or leading workstreams, project teams, or cross-functional deliverables.
  • Experience with performance measurement, workload modeling, staffing analysis, operational reporting, or program evaluation.
  • Experience with risk management, fraud risk, internal controls, risk indicators, mitigation tracking, or issue management.
  • Experience supporting dashboards or visuals in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Visio, Miro, or similar tools; familiarity with PowerApps, Python/R, or other automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with activity-based costing, financial forecasting, spend-plan tracking, federal clients, DHS/ICE programs, executive briefings, or coordination across analysts, SMEs, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

SALARY RANGE: $115K - $130K (subject to change)
