The Gill Corporation is one of the world's largest manufacturers of honeycomb, high performance floor panels, cargo compartment liners and original equipment for passenger and freighter aircraft. The company also excels in many other types of reinforced plastics including interior sandwich panels for creating structures such as aircraft galleys and bulkheads, honeycomb core and related products.

The Gill Corporation is seeking a Classified Security Administrator who supports a fast-paced environment, creating, maintaining and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Reporting to the Manager, Program Management, they will perform but not be limited to the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtains rulings and maintains a strong security program compliant with the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and all other applicable security requirements
  • Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
  • Studies and implements U.S. security regulations that apply to company operations
  • Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records and for granting personnel and visitors access to records and materials
  • Conducts and maintains a comprehensive security education, training, and awareness program
  • Investigates security incidents and prepares reports
  • Maintains accountability of classified material or classified media as required by contract(s)
  • Review and verify personnel security clearances
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Aerospace background and DoD environment experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work in teams, work independently, travel or telecom to achieve milestones, as necessary
  • Strong MS Office and MS Project skills
