CVS Health, a Fortune 4 company, has an exciting new opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in West Chester, Ohio. Our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy specializes in Oncology, MS, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases and we're adding Pharmacy Technicians to this team! As a Pharmacy Technician, you will focus on assisting walk-in clients, make refill calls, set up deliveries to patients, answer phones, and process, fill, and ring out prescriptions. In addition, you will work closely with others to process prior authorizations, copay assistance, and benefits verification.
In order to be successful in this role you will deal with a diverse customer base in a friendly and confident manner, work in a team environment and always be given the chance to learn/ grown in your career. You should be motivated, organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills along with the ability to learn new operating systems pharmacology and medical technology.

Required Qualifications;

  • +1 years of pharmacy experience
  • Registered pharmacy technician in the state of Ohio

  • Specialty pharmacy experience
  • National Pharmacy Certification
Education;
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
