We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a customer-facing leadership role and enjoys balancing relationship management, technical program execution, and business strategy.

Summary

As a Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned customer programs. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to deliver exceptional program outcomes while supporting customer growth and long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted customer relationships, and influencing business results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

Lead Customer Relationships

  • Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned customers
  • Lead business reviews and program communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand partnerships

Own Program Performance

  • Monitor program performance, cost, and delivery metrics
  • Support pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to manage demand forecasting

Drive Program Execution

  • Lead New Product Introductions, engineering changes, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines

Collaborate & Influence

  • Provide guidance to internal customer support teams
  • Partner with site leadership to drive alignment and execution

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in electronics or PCBA manufacturing
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams

 Preferred Experience

  • Managing complex or multi-location programs
  • RFQ support and pricing strategy development
  • Margin and performance analysis

Travel Requirement: Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 10% of the time
