Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team supporting Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This position is expected to be on-site. The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler will support the International Program Team within the IFD, Program Executive Office for Missiles and Space (PEO MS), now known as PAE Fires. The selected candidate must be able to integrate tiered master plans and schedules for various programs with resource loading.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Create and maintain IMS for various FMS and BPC programs โ€ข Conduct critical path analysis and inform leads of recommended remedial actions โ€ข Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to align schedules with contract milestones and project timelines โ€ข Create Summary Schedules that communicate and summarize the detailed IMS โ€ข Analyze budget and resource requirements to ensure compatibility with cost and schedule metrics
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
โ€ข Education/Experience: Master's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Program Scheduler on complex programs -or- a Bachelor's degree and 18 years of experience as a Program Scheduler on complex programs
โ€ข Expert skills with Microsoft Project, Project Online, and other Microsoft Office Tools
โ€ข Advanced experience integrating tiered master plans, schedules and developing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) architecture.
โ€ข Advanced experience with Milestones Professional and other scheduling tools preferred
โ€ข Advanced experience with cost & schedule integration
โ€ข Experience resource loading, identifying and resolving over-allocations, and resource reporting in Microsoft Project
โ€ข Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Desired Qualifications:
โ€ข DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Education Requirements:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree with at least 18 years' relevant experience -or-
โ€ข Master's degree with at least 10 years' relevant experience
Other Requirements:
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
