Job description

Are you a solo driver looking for a stable company where you aren't just a number? We are expanding our Midwest regional division and looking for professional Class A drivers who value reliable freight, consistent weekly miles, and clear communication. Run steady regional lanes with a predictable schedule and competitive W2 pay.
The Details:
  • Steady Earnings: $0.70 CPM base pay on roughly 1,800 miles per week (~$1,300-$1500 /wk average).
  • Guaranteed Pay on All Miles: You are paid for every mile-loaded and empty.
  • Solo Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total ($1,250 paid at 30 days, $1,250 paid at 90 days).
  • Home Time: Balance work and life with 5 nights on the road and 2 nights at home weekly (includes a full 34-hour reset).

Our Equipment & Operations:
  • Late-model fleets: 2020-2025 Peterbilt 567s, 2023-2024 International tractors, and 2021 Freightliner Cascadias (governed at 70 MPH; automatic/manual available).
  • 99% no-touch dry van freight hauling general commodities, paper, and food/beverage products.

Requirements:
  • Active Class A CDL.
  • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 5 years.
