Position Summary...The Senior Manager, International Building Controls leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of centralized monitoring and support for Building Management Systems (BMS) across Walmart International markets. This role is responsible for the real-time monitoring, dispatch, and operational support strategy for HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and other connected building systems to maximize asset performance, improve service response, and reduce operational disruption. What you'll do...The Senior Manager, International Building Controls leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of centralized monitoring and support for Building Management Systems (BMS) across Walmart International markets. This role is responsible for the real-time monitoring, dispatch, and operational support strategy for HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and other connected building systems to maximize asset performance, improve service response, and reduce operational disruption. Leveraging advanced analytics, remote diagnostics, and building automation technologies, this leader develops scalable monitoring and dispatch capabilities, identifies performance trends, and partners with International Operations, Field Service, Technology, Engineering, and market teams to optimize system reliability, energy performance, and maintenance effectiveness. What You'll Do Lead the strategy and execution of centralized monitoring, dispatch, and operational support for Building Management Systems across international markets. Develop standardized monitoring processes, alerting strategies, and dispatch protocols that improve response times, asset reliability, and operational consistency while accommodating market-specific needs. Leverage data analytics and remote system visibility to identify performance trends, optimize equipment performance, and support proactive maintenance and operational decision-making. Partner with International Operations, Technology, Engineering, Field Service, and external service providers to improve remote diagnostics, enhance service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across global markets. Establish performance metrics and reporting that measure system health, operational effectiveness, energy performance, and service outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that advance enterprise building controls capabilities, support business priorities, and improve the associate and customer experience across Walmart International.
