Global Charter is looking for an experienced on-demand private jet charter professional to lead and expand our US charter sales team.
This is a management role focused on leading our existing US brokers, improving performance across the team and building out the division through further recruitment.
What we are looking for- 5+ years’ experience specifically within on-demand private jet charter brokerage
- Previous experience working for a private jet brokerage rather than an operator
- Strong understanding of the US on-demand charter market
- Proven experience managing, mentoring or developing charter brokers
- Strong commercial judgement and understanding of charter sales performance
- Experience recruiting and building successful sales teams
- A hands‑on leadership style with high standards around performance, service and culture
- Lead and manage Global Charter’s US team of on-demand charter brokers
- Coach brokers to improve conversion, client retention, revenue and profitability
- Support the team on complex opportunities, negotiations and client situations
- Recruit and onboard additional brokers as the US business grows
- Set clear performance standards and create accountability across the team
- Ensure strong use of our internal technology, CRM and sales processes
- Work directly with the founders and senior leadership on the continued expansion of the US business
