Responsibilities:
  • Perform completing activities to ensure quality controlled flights such as, but not limited to: Add missing items, add ice, inform flight assembly of missing carts, canisters or bulk loaded items.
  • Perform the movement of catering equipment (flights) from their respective staging area to the corresponding assigned loading dock as indicated by Dispatch or Dock Control. Perform the loading of flights into catering vehicles and assist drivers in doing so.
  • Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Requirements necessary to obtain airport ID
  • Must Pass a criminal background check
  • Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise
  • Majority of duties performed outside in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds
  • Must be able to work at heights up to 20-25 feet
  • Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
  • Communicate effectively with team members, make sure communication is clear and understood by co-workers
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Valid driving license is a plus
