Job description

The Key Account Product Development Intern will serve as a key support to our sample workflow, working directly within the product development cycle for our most important customer accounts. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product lifecycle management, international supply chain communication, and customer presentation development in a fast-paced, design-forward environment.ย 

This position is expected to start in September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum ofย 12 weeks, part-time and on-site.ย ย ย ย ย ย 

In This Roleย 

  • Manage end-to-end swatchย logistics, including packing, unpacking, and coordinating finish swatch shipments to and from major retail customers and overseas officesย 
  • Maintainย accurateย tracking logs via Excel and internal systems for all incoming and outgoing development materials to ensure deadlines are metย 
  • Maintain the organization, labeling, and cleanliness of the swatch room, and conduct periodic audits to ensure efficiencyย 
  • Proactively pull required swatches from inventory ahead of internal and client design reviews, andย assistย with room resets following meetingsย 
  • Build polished, visually compelling product pitch presentations for Key Account meetings using Portfolio software and Microsoft PowerPointย 
  • Maintainย accurateย tracking logs for warehouse samples andย assistย with sample pull requests and review coordinationย 
  • Other duties as assigned,ย in accordance withย training and qualificationsย

The Ideal Personย 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed aย Bachelor'sย degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related fieldย 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detailย 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn proprietary presentation software (Portfolio)ย 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with international teamsย 
  • Positive, eager-to-learn attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environmentย
