Tetra Tech has an immediate opening for a part-time engineering intern. This is a great opportunity to learn the business side of engineering consulting while obtaining hands-on experience on project deliverables. The pay scale for this position is $18-$23 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Your Role:

Under general supervision, the incumbent will assist with engineering assignments, data entry, data management, proofing preparation and assembly of reports, produce excel spreadsheets, project coordination, and assist with miscellaneous engineering and general office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office required
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team
