  • Cultivate a new generation of St. Jude fundraisers by identifying emerging platforms, communities, and creator trends across global markets.
  • Identify and execute new fundraising frontiers within new audiences, optimizing long-term impact and revenue sustainability.

  • Develop and implement frameworks to assess and track the value of diverse activation models, fundraisers, and donor journeys.
  • Drive continuous improvement across existing programs, maintaining documentation, reporting, and leadership visibility.

Brand Partnerships & Creator Monetization

  • Identify and activate new brand partnerships through creator-led initiatives, leveraging creators' personal brands, networks, and influence.
  • Act as a connector between creator ecosystems and corporate partners, aligning internal teams across brand partnerships, communications, and content strategy.

Content & Media Development

  • Co-produce and oversee original branded video content for owned platforms such as YouTube and Twitch, aligning storytelling with enterprise goals and optimizing for global reach and engagement.
  • Support the growth and strategic positioning of ALSAC-owned creator and content channels.

Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams-including marketing, technology, field staff, and external partners-to deliver assets, strategy, and execution for all creator-related initiatives.
  • Communicate strategy, financial performance, ROI, and post-event learnings to senior and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
  • Represent ALSAC and St. Jude with industry executives, VIP-level creators, and top-tier fundraising partners.

Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute large-scale events and experiences-including creator summits, industry conventions, trade shows, and donor experiences-with budgets exceeding $500K and 500+ attendees.
  • Manage significant travel related to global creator, brand, and partner engagement.
