About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly motivated IT Support Technicians to support international broadcasting studios operating from the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Dallas, Texas, during a major global sporting event.
This role is critical to ensuring the continuous, 24/7 operation of broadcast and media technology used by international rights holders, production teams, and technical partners. You will be part of a dedicated on-site IT team providing round-the-clock support on a rotating 3-shift rota. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the heart of global broadcast operations, supporting mission-critical technology in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.
  • Contract Duration & Working Pattern
  • Start Date: April 2026
  • Working Pattern: 3-shift rotating rota (day / evening / night)
  • Coverage: 24/7 operations, including weekends and peak broadcast periods

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site IT support within the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) for Lenovo hardware and associated technologies.
  • Support international broadcasting studios, production teams, and technical staff.
  • Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform rapid break/fix troubleshooting in time-critical broadcast environments.
  • Provide immediate incident response to minimize disruption to live and recorded broadcasts.
  • Follow defined incident, escalation, and change management procedures.
  • Work closely with broadcast engineers, media operations teams, and vendors.
  • Support pre-broadcast preparation, live broadcast operations, and post-event activities.
  • Maintain detailed incident documentation and shift handover notes.
  • Deliver professional, calm, and customer-focused support at all times.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in IT support / desktop support / field engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Lenovo or equivalent enterprise hardware is preferred.
  • Experience working in media, broadcast, live events, or 24/7 operational environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly under extreme pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedicated service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, always-on environments.
  • Willingness and ability to work a rotating 24/7 shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
