Job description

As a Product Analyst on the Local Product Experience team at Meta, you will drive data-informed decisions that shape how billions of users around the world experience our products. You will partner closely with International Product Growth Managers and International Product Marketing Managers to identify growth opportunities, measure impact, and optimize strategies for global markets.Using your technical skills, analytical mindset, and business intuition, you will analyze user behavior across diverse international markets, uncover insights that fuel product growth, and help shape marketing strategies that resonate globally. You will work with large-scale data sets to influence strategy and investment decisions, becoming a trusted partner to key decision-makers across the organization.
Product Analyst, International Growth Responsibilities:
  • Identify and measure success of International Product Growth & Insights initiatives through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product and growth metrics
  • Analyze international user behavior and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and inform product strategy across global markets
  • Partner with International Marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize targeting strategies, and drive user acquisition in key regions
  • Work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging problems using analytical and statistical approaches, translating findings into actionable growth recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering, product, and regional teams to inform and execute international growth strategies
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to discover new market opportunities, understand regional trends, and identify levers to accelerate international growth

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, or 4+ years of experience in analytics with a Master's degree
  • Experience working with and influencing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), A/B testing, and basic statistics knowledge
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, making decisions with incomplete information
  • Experience in improving data collection work, data processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Capacity to work with teams based outside of North America across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in multiple languages to support product analysis and stakeholder communication across international markets
  • Experience with GTM or Product Marketing Managers
  • Experience in international growth
