Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, Java/Kotlin) with Salesforce integration experience. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and operations of scalable, integrated solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Data Cloud - as well as our broader technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, Salesforce admins, and QA engineers.

A professional who resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Normally, they receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
 

Technical
• Consistently produces maintainable, high-quality professional software code independently.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases) and external platforms.
• Debugs complex issues involving multiple systems; works to optimize, and remove bottlenecks
• Follows code review guidelines and maintains code quality.
• Work with the P.O.’s, Architects, and implement solutions across cross-functional applications.
Requirements
Must Have
BS/MS EE/CS degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of hands-on software development experience.
Must be detail-oriented, hands on design & coding experience.
Must have relevant experience with Cloud & On-Premise applications & extensive experience (at least 3+ years) with Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) technologies.
Demonstrable experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures.
Must have development experience with frameworks and tools, including Spring, Spring Boot. Hibernate, Eclipse, JUnit, Apache* etc.
UI/UX Integration: Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, accessible, and performant front-end components using modern frameworks like JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Codeium.
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and experience with designing and interacting with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).

Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.

Familiarity and passion for AI tools like Co-Pilot, Cursor, Claud, Gemini etc.  

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
Must possess excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

Nice to Have
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, grasp technical concepts, and adapt easily to change.
• Ability to multi-task, working on more than one assignment simultaneously.
