About the team Internal Control team of TikTok focuses on the risks and challenges faced by global business operations, supporting business stakeholders in establishing appropriate internal procedures to safeguard the development of our business. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about TikTok's diverse business ecosystem, understand its operational principles, resource allocation methods, and participate in designing internal management mechanisms. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Management, or a related discipline. - Strong logical thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including emotional intelligence). Exceptional teamwork spirit, fast-learning ability, and strong execution capabilities. - Proactive problem-solving mindset, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with a commitment to continuous growth through practical experience. - Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets. Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree is preferred. - Prior internship experience in Risk Control Strategy, Data Strategy, AI Product Manager, AI R&D, Strategic Management, Data Analytics, Risk Management or Internal Control. - ACCA joint program participants will be given priority.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80169 - $121600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
