Job description

PrideStaff is looking for a Quality Control Manager for Nutraceuticals. This is a critical role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance throughout the manufacturing process. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working within the Quality Department under the Director, this role focuses on overseeing raw materials testing, finished product quality, and the overall manufacturing quality system. The QC Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain the highest standards of product integrity without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all production stages
  • Oversee GMP adherence and maintain document control systems
  • Manage product testing for raw materials and finished goods
  • Lead and coordinate the quality control team and training activities
  • Conduct and manage internal and external audits
  • Manage supplier quality and resolve related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive quality improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the nutraceutical industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and GMP compliance
  • Experience with analytical testing and data analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
