Job description

You will leverage your creativity and communications expertise to immerse our organization in KFC US' brand vision, culture, and strategic goals. Your mission is to bring our brand to life and to the forefront of our team members' hearts and minds by executing creative and impactful internal communication initiatives.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably in Graphic Design, Video Production, or Communication.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience required with Bachelor's or 3+ years with Master's.
  • Prior experience in creative production, internal communications, corporate intranet / internal Web Content Management systems, UI / UX, graphic design, and video production preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong team player that contributes to a positive and productive team environment; able to build strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders to deliver on day-to-day mission.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data.

Salary Range: $105,030 to $110,865 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Championing creative strategy and presentation design

  • Be a force multiplier in high-stakes internal communications efforts by collaborating with executives and critical stakeholders to create dynamic, engaging presentation materials.
  • Amplify the communication of KFC initiatives by transforming complex ideas into visually stunning and clear-cut outputs that align with brand standards.
  • Establish a standard of excellence for presentations by continuing to evolve and sharing standardized PowerPoint templates that enable the entire company to create polished, on-brand presentations.
  • Drive breakthrough communication strategies as a key player for KFC US by taking initiative in independently developing and implementing solutions to deliver impactful results, while maintaining clear alignment across enterprise initiatives.

Supporting video development and photography

  • Strengthen employee connection with the brand by managing the production of compelling videos - from concepting and scripting to shooting and finalizing for release.
  • Capture the magic of KFC events by taking and sharing high-quality photography that enhances employee engagement and strengthens KFC's sense of community.
  • Maximize the quality and efficiency of media production by partnering closely with internal clients and leveraging the expertise of external resources, including agencies and videographers.

Executing graphic design and print development

  • Enhance company initiatives by concepting, designing, and developing customized materials (e.g., logos, infographics, promotional content).
  • Achieve consistency and encourage best practices in the development of internal comms materials by designing templates for various creative outputs - to be used across the organization.

Engaging in creative copywriting

  • Inform and inspire employees by crafting and distributing compelling internal communications, including newsletters and intranet content.
  • Expand the reach of internal messages by leveraging innovative platforms to increase exposure and engagement from target audiences.

Providing meeting support

  • Deliver seamless experiences across company engagements / events (across hybrid / virtual settings) by providing critical meeting support (tech, logistics, etc.).
