TheSeniorProject Clarifierestablishesa clear and comprehensive understanding of specific projects that aresubmittedas orders.The Clarifier prepares detailed descriptions of projects and their requirements to allow efficient processing by the Engineering team.Theycheck and revise input intoproprietary software to ensureaccuratemodeling for external customers,engineeringand services.The Clarifierfocuseson continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and safety.TheSeniorProject Clarifier also supportsand engagesin a collaborative work environment with all internal associates and external customers.

Job Duties

  • Clarify Builder ordersofhigh complexityfor completeness, accuracy, and optimization;which includessignificant communication and coordinationwith external customersand internal associates.
  • Work with Engineeringteam to coordinate activities in Vision model throughout engineering process
  • Providetechnicalexpertiseand guidancetocustomersandvendors.
  • Mentor, provide technical guidance andreview work of entry levelClarifiers to ensureproper model quality andappropriate communicationboth internal and external
  • Coordinateandreview buy out materials with external customers and vendors
  • Support Project Management infinalizingscope of work and changes during clarification review.

Education&Experience Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 4years ofexperience in the Metal Building field

  • 3 yearsofexperience as an internalProject Clarifier

  • Excellentunderstandingand ability toreadand interpretarchitectural,structuraldrawings and specifications

Preferred:

  • 2 yeartechnical degree

  • 5years of experience in the Metal Building field
