An Intern Walk In Interview for a Warehouse position is an open recruitment event where candidates can visit a company's location without a prior appointment to apply and be interviewed for internship roles in the warehouse. These internships typically provide hands-on experience in tasks such as inventory management, order picking, packaging, and shipping. Walk in interviews are designed to streamline the hiring process, allowing candidates to meet recruiters directly and possibly receive immediate feedback or job offers. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each shift, this is a great opportunity to get started in logistics.
YOUR ROLE
You'll be part of the team responsible for getting incoming freight off trailers and into the warehouse safely and efficiently. The work is physical and fast-moving, so you'll spend your shift on your feet handling freight rather than sitting at a desk.

• Sorting and organizing freight as it comes off the trailer
• Building stable pallets and preparing freight for the next stage of the operation
• Lifting and carrying products weighing approximately 25-75 lbs
• Using proper lifting and handling techniques to protect yourself and the freight
• Keeping the dock and work area clean and free of hazards
• Working with teammates to keep freight moving and complete the shift's workload
• Following site safety requirements and instructions from warehouse leadership
THIS JOB IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
• Show up on time and can be counted on
• Don't mind physical work and staying active for your entire shift
• Can repeatedly lift and move 25-75 lbs
• Are comfortable bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the shift
• Can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Take pride in doing a job correctly and safely
• Work well with a team
• Have previous warehouse, unloading, stocking, or freight experience - helpful, but not required
WHAT YOU GET
• $800-$1,200+ per week
• Weekly pay
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Paid training
• Safety incentive opportunities
• Benefits available after 60 days
• Opportunities to advance within the company
• Potential opportunities to join our travel team and work at locations across the country
• A team environment where hard work and performance are recognized
