As an intern, our program will provide you with the unique opportunity to fully integrate yourself across the various business units and departments at tms, while also focusing on team-building and strengths-building opportunities. Throughout the summer, as an intern at tms, you will take part in real client projects and will work together with the other tms interns on a Capstone project, which will be "pitched" to the agency at program end. As an intern, you will also have the opportunity to take part in various panels, lunch & learns, and group activities, all centered on providing you with career tips, guidance, and best practices. Our goal is to help foster the minds of our future - the talent that will ultimately develop and bring the freshest and most innovative ideas to life. 

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY 

Analytics Agentic AI Intern:  

We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and innovationminded summer intern to join our Sourcing team - This team supports our customers by managing the endtoend sourcing of all packaging and consumables, ensuring restaurants always have the right products at the best market price. They're now developing techenabled tools that automate data analysis so they can focus on strategic, valuedriven pricing. Over the course of 7 weeks, you'll gain handson experience building and testing agentic AI models, supporting the creation of tools that will shape our future ways of working at tms. This is a great opportunity for someone curious about how emerging technology can transform sourcing in a fastpaced global agency environment. 

This intern will support the Sourcing team with day-to-day AI model development and testing, including assisting with data preparation, analysis, and organization for forecasting and benchmarking tools. You will have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional innovation sessions, help track action items, and collaborate with Production, Client Services, Creative, and Technology teams to support AI-led projects. You will also conduct research into emerging trends in AI, automation, materials, and product innovation while learning how AI can improve decision-making around cost, quality, sustainability, and product performance. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to AI-driven projects and data models for globally recognized brands, build your understanding of forecasting, benchmarking, and classification, and grow your confidence working with emerging technologies in a professional environment. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate 

• GPA: 3.0 or higher 

• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others 

• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an Analytical mindset  

• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter 

• Passion for AI, innovation, emerging technology, or data science 

• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn 

• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and new digital tools 

• Interest in marketing, product development, or procurement is helpful but not required 

• A team player with a positive, cando attitude 

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
