Job description

Internship Overview:

As a Programming Intern, you'll assist the team in various aspects of media production and programming. Working closely with the Sales Team, Traffic Manager, and Programming Manager, you’ll help support our efforts to create compelling content that resonates with our audience. This is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in sports and entertainment media to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, managing, and distributing reports related to program timings and content.
  • Help maintain digital archives and contribute new material entries.
  • Collaborate on concepts, campaigns, and imagery for effective communication with our target market.
  • Conduct background research on content and review scripts for accuracy.
  • Maintain consistent communication with team members and key stakeholders across platforms.
  • Work with editors and designers to provide essential elements for program production and promotions.
  • Help ensure show production deadlines are met and deliverables completed on time.
  • Support the development of our social media calendar and promotional strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas in a collaborative environment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Represent the NLSE brand positively in all interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
