• Past experience in working with Agile tracking toolset a plus (i.e. JIRA) responsible for tracking, reporting and maintaining every aspect of any assigned stories in JIRA, including story point re-assessment and hours estimated vs hours completed
• Previous development / coder experience a plus

• Accept client assignments and drive client to completion with minimal external support for technical client base implementing web-based service calls to data repositories
• Drives coordination efforts for activities involving Client Assessment, Client Provisioning and Client Onboarding, including but not limited to Design, Development and Integration, Client review and acceptance Facilitate following design and workflow sessions (as needed):
• Independent client / DCRS design approval sessions
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Client / DCRS knowledge sessions
• DCRS internal design review sessions (i.e. ASR review)
• Testing and Triage efforts
• Execution and roll-out
• Administration of the Onboarding Workbook for assigned clients by applying SME technical knowledge of DCRS technology services and events
• Work closely with Client development and testing resource owners to help align DCRS to SIT, UAT and Release Defect Triage supp ort.
• Leverage SOAP UI Tool in triage and testing support
• Coordinate Release activities with assigned Execution Leads (when applicable) and clients
