What will you do? * Assist candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience * Support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention * Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables * Partner with the recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward More about you * Working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent preferred * Minimum 18 months' experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business * Has a passion for human resources, recruitment preferred * Sound judgment and exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills required * Self-motivated * Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred * Basic Excel experience required * Flexibility to work in CST and PST time zones along with variety hours during events as needed Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
